4. All design concepts and plans remain the property of IRMA until full payment is received.

5. Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals for the work proposed.

6. We are not liable for any delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as supplier issues or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Final payments are due upon project completion. We will handle any minor adjustments needed after this payment.

8. We reserve the right to use photos of the completed project for marketing purposes, respecting client confidentiality.
